After having a previous Matrix laminator, we knew that upgrading this was the most sensible idea creating a consistence of dependence and improvement with an automated feeder to streamline an area we felt was the only remaining bottleneck in the business after investment in other areas last year.
This investment means we have improved the quality of the laminate adhesion with a pressure roller to give a much better finish and durability. The automation addition has meant that we can reduce the cost of the lamination process so that we are more competitive with the online giants.
And not only that - we can now offer many more finishes with foiling and special effects such as spot UV added to our portfolio and in turn, adding more value to a traditional simple card ensuring your products really stand out.
