Leaflets Standard

We print leaflets of all different sizes but the main ones for people are A5 (148x210mm) half an A4 or A6 (105x148mm) quarter of an A4.

How do you decide which one? Well A6 is cheaper to produce so that would be a deciding vote for many but the best reason to chose one over the other is the amount of content (how much you have to say) the more you have the bigger I would go.

Paper type is the next choice. The glossary explains about the differences but there are still some decisions to make based on the objective of the leaflet. If you want many to put out with low cost then go for a lightweight paper. If you want your customers to feel the quality of the leaflet reflects your services / products then select heavyweight paper. No need to go higher unless you are posting through letterboxes and you need to get passed the draft excluder. I would go with a card in this case with any weight but taking into consideration the same quality point from earlier.

Printing both sides if you have the content is a great idea to make the most of the space, but if you have a quick message to get across single sided is fine.
